Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

After dispatch, standard delivery typically takes 5–7 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of carrier delays, severe weather, peak seasons, or address issues.

Tracking information is emailed when an order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact Wolf Gear STL as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected; changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.

Wolf Gear STL is not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us with your order number so we can help you begin a carrier claim.
